It’s been 8 months since I jumped into this whole mommy thing with both feet. (Darling 8 month photo of Mister Milo to come.) There are a couple things that have made my journey so so much easier, more affordable, comfortable and/or fun. Yesterday I stumbled upon one that seriously made me think “This is a revolution in mommyhood.” So, I thought I’d share. Meet SQUIRT:
SQUIRT: the baby feeding revolution.
I simply unscrew the cap, fill SQUIRT with baby food and squeeze my way through the meal. No lumps of food falling onto Milo’s lap, no scraping the side of the jar or bowl for the last bits, no tiny hand grabbing the whole container and dumping it onto the counter. Easy-squeezy. As baby food textures are variable, this revolution may be somewhat time sensitive, but I think it will be perfect even for applesauce snacks at least for the next six months or so. Today I enjoyed feeding him his yogurt and blueberries!! Well worth the $7. I’m going back for more;)
