Repurpose the Wardrobe: ReCYCLING

This time around Project Repurpose took a fieldtrip around downtown DC! I paired with good friend and talented photographer Emily Kunz of Emily Kunz Photography, and we spent one blazing hot Saturday morning (seriously, like over 100 before 9 am) changing on park benches and hauling bikes in and out of the car. There were so many different pieces in this group, it was fun to try and find appropriate settings…like the marina for the bathing suit!! It was a bustling, fun morning. Now, without further delay, in order of appearance on this blog: Project Repurpose the Wardrobe: ReCYCLING…

Eight outfits, four hours, three girls, two bikes, one camera. A special thanks to Megan, for assisting and to Amanda and Danielle for letting a total stranger borrow their fantastic bikes without even a question:)There you have it! I love getting to show you what the repurposes look like on. Sometimes they are very different than on the dress form.
What do you think? Which is your favorite?

Ahhhh-LOVE it!! And my favorite? How can I choose?! Still LOVE the last one-especially paired with that skirt-adorable. But I also love the swimsuit, the ruffles, Jackie O, and the jacket at the top… all too cute. I'm incredibly jealous of your amazing, super talented self. Great job. And…. pretty much you should be a model ;)

I'm really diggin the Miss Pillsbury shirt – and skirt! Even though that one wasn't a repurpose. It's actually hard to say because they are all so great! Seriously, I've said it before, but I'll say it again, you are one TALENTED lady!

    fantastic!
I still love that ruffle top but the 'old fave to new friend' is one that definitely looks better on you than the dress form! Great job!
