Simple Halloween Bats

Oh, the first week of October.
I pulled out my little box of decor and set to work making our abode a little more festive. Once everything was out, I felt like the decor, though fun, was also anticlimactic. I needed something else that was little, simple, and free. Something I could start and finish in about a half hour. I needed bats.
I used some dark purple felt and cut about ten of these devils-of-the-night to hang upside down on along the ceiling. Just stuck there with tiny bits of duct tape. Easy schmeasy.
If you don’t trust your free-handed, bat-cropping skills, I’ve made for you a little pattern to print and use. Find it HERE. Enjoy!

Awesome! I'm going to do this with my boys tomorrow. Thanks for the pattern, some of us are less-talented than others…
