And, one of the best parts of Spring? The fresh organization I find in my little home. I successfully flung over 100 things in this year’s Spring Fling!
Among them were: several empty boxes I had been storing for our next move (what? why? exactly.) about 7 pairs of shoes/boots, a bunch of clothes including 5 or 6 bathing suits, some books, a set of luggage, some unused baby gear, 10 curtain rods, a couple scarves and about a hundred plastic Easter eggs that I have thought were such a good idea to store over and over, but turns out they only cost about $1.00, and my drawer space is worth more than that per year!
I not only gave away to friends and Goodwill, but also sold a bunch on craigslist and ebay. I think my fling earned me around $200! So, if you haven’t started (or finished) your own Spring Fling, maybe that will motivate you. And here’s some great specific advice (along the lines of what I stick to) to unclutter your life:)

ohmygosh…. i was thinking about you all day yesterday {admittedly, strange, but it's the blog world, so we're allowed to think about people we've never met and pretend we really know them} while i flung.
i completely forgot about the project…. it seemed like march 20 was so far away…. and i had all the time in the world.
but then yesterday came…. and when i came home from early morning stake conference….. i flung my life away.
82 items from the guest bath and shoe collection. it felt so good.
…. so many rooms to go.
Just finished my biggest spring fling project {Master closet} and took 2 bags to DI Saturday. I still need a quiet moment to dash another pile over to Platos closet! It feels good though!
